2. The software is a one-time purchase, lifetime investment with no AMC (annual maintenance charge) applicable.

3. Services are free of cost up to one year. Additional year services might cost up to a max of Rs 6999/year, but not mandatory.

4. Software sharing charges are up to Rs. 10999/-

5. Any future updates, only if need be, are chargeable up to a max of Rs. 9500/-

6. There are no hidden charges applicable.
